Century Media Records has announced the signing of Canadian metal innovators Voivod.

To coincide with the band's 30th anniversary — the band was founded in late January 1983 — Voivod's own company, Iron Gang Factory, has joined forces with global powerhouse Century Media Records to release the group's new album, 'Target Earth', on 22 January 2013 (one day earlier internationally).
