Our company will reinforce the importance of the integrity message, and the tone will start at the top. Every employee, manager, and director needs to maintain an ethical stance and support ethical behaviour consistently.

Employees at our company should encourage open dialogue, get honest feedback and treat everyone fairly, with honesty and objectivity.

Our company has established a best practice disclosure committee to make sure the ethical code is delivered to all employees and that concerns regarding the code can be addressed.

Employees are required to recertify their compliance to Ethics Policy on an annual basis.

Our company will avoid the intent and appearance of unethical or compromising practise in relationships, actions and communications.

Our company will not tolerate harassment or discrimination.

Unauthorized use of company trade secrets and marketing, operational, personnel, financial, source code, and technical information integral to the success of our company will not be tolerated.

Our company will not permit impropriety at any time, and we will act ethically and responsibly in accordance with laws.

Our company employees will not use corporate assets or business relationships for personal use or gain.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms by publishing updates and/or changes to our Network and Sites at any time in our sole discretion.

Any changes or modification will be effective immediately upon publishing of the revisions on the Network and Sites, and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications.

It is your responsibility to review this Terms periodically for changes.
