Return and Refund Policy

The expressions used to simplify agreements:

This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) is an agreement between Atmostfear Entertainment S.A.S. (“us”, “we”, “our” or “ours”) and you (“Customer”, “User”, “you”, “your” or “Data Subject”).

These terms set forth the general guidelines of your use of our Sites (collectively “Network”) and any of its Products, Subscriptions or Services (collectively “Services”), including all information, and tools available to you, the User, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

The references used to identify on agreements:

We are committed to providing you with a great shopping experience.

This Return and Refund Policy applies to our Network, including our associated mobile applications (“Apps”), owned and controlled by us.

This Return and Refund Policy describes how we operate, handle orders, payments, shipping, returns and refunds on our Network and through any of its Products, Subscriptions or Services (collectively referred to as “Services”).

By placing an order, the Customer accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service and Conditions of Use in full.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Atmostfear Entertainment S.A.S.
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by you to purchase goods from us.
  • Service refers to the Network.
  • Network refers to Atmostfear Entertainment, accessible from https://www.atmostfear-entertainment.com
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.

Order processing and cancellation:

You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason for doing so unless your order has already been processed.

The deadline for cancelling an order is 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, uou must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by contacting us directly.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which we receive the returned goods.

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Returns, refunds and exchanges:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 14 (fourteen) days.
  • The goods are in the original packaging.

Our policy lasts 14 (fourteen) days.

If 14 (fourteen) days have passed by since your order purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your goods must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The following goods cannot be returned:

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

The supply of perishable goods such as food, flowers, comic books, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned.

The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards.
  • Purchased with an additional discount or promotion code is a final sale and will not be accepted for return, exchange, or eCommerce store credit.

To protect all customers and ensure that all returns and exchanges are handled fairly, we may require a receipt or decline your return or exchange in some situations, such as:

  • Products that were not bought directly from us, such as from a thrift store,
  • Products that have been defaced,
  • Products with missing labels,
  • Products without receipts or store SKUs,
  • Products that have been lost or damaged to the point where they are not usable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send the purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Book(s) with apparent signs of use.
  • CD(s), DVD(s), video game(s), or vinyl record(s) that has been opened.
  • Any good not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any good that is returned more than 15 (fifteen) days after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Returning goods and shipment:

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable post mail service.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged goods to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over €75.00 Dollars, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If applicable, refunds will be reimbursed:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Once the returned item is received, please allow 7 (seven) to 10 (ten) business days for the item to be verified and processed by our sales department. The original price of the item(s) plus any applicable tax will be credited back to your original form of payment.

Gifts receive a merchandise credit, but most of the time, we reimburse you with the payment method used.

  • Purchased without the use of an additional discount or promotion code may be exchanged for a similar item.
  • Items must be unwashed and not altered in any way to be accepted for exchange or credit.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you have not received a refund yet, first recheck with your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is issued, or contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially available.
