SuidAkrA – ‘Wolfbite’ CD

‘Wolfbite’ is bursting with power, uncompromisingness, and joy of playing. The collaboration with Aljoscha Sieg (Eskimo Callboy, Vitja, Gestört aber GeiL), which is certainly untypical for die-hard fans, results in a breathtaking, lively sound, which from the very first note makes any skepticism about whether SuidAkrA still sounds like SuidAkrA in 2021 evaporate.

With ‘Wolfbite,’ SuidAkrA succeeds in traveling from the past into the future and surely presents one of the albums of the year 2021.

SuidAkrA is a melodic blackened death folk metal band from Germany, and their very beginnings lie back in the small and otherwise extraneous town of Monheim in 1994 when vocalist/guitarist Arkadius Antonik and drummer Stefan Möller founded the band.

In those years, they called themselves Gloryfication. However, after two demos and the addition of Marcel Schoenen to the band, their name was subsequently changed.

Their musical basis and background were a stylistic mixture of black metal and traditional heavy metal, enriched by some folk elements.
