Submission & Curatorial Process
Does submitting my work guarantee publication?
No. Atmostfear Entertainment is a strictly curated platform. We maintain absolute editorial independence and reserve the right to select, reject, or edit materials based on our internal programming schedules and aesthetic standards. Submission is an invitation to review, not a promise of coverage.
Will I receive feedback if my submission is rejected?
Due to the high volume of inquiries received by our Press Office, we are unable to provide individual critiques or justifications for editorial decisions. If your work is selected for publication, a member of our team will contact you. Unsolicited materials that are not selected may be discarded without notice.
Rights & Intellectual Property
Do I lose my copyright by submitting to you?
No. You retain full ownership and copyright of your work. By submitting, you grant Atmostfear Entertainment a non-exclusive, worldwide license to reproduce, display, and promote the content on our platforms. This allows us to publish your work while you remain free to license it elsewhere.
What are the requirements for musical compositions and samples?
You must be the sole owner of all rights to the submitted content. If your work contains samples, interpolations, or third-party recordings, you warrant that these have been fully cleared and licensed. We do not accept works with unresolved copyright claims, and you agree to indemnify the Publisher against any legal action arising from uncleared material.
Compensation & Operations
Is there financial compensation for published submissions?
No. Unless explicitly agreed to in a separate written contract, all submissions are voluntary. The mutual consideration for the license is the promotional exposure provided by our platform. You acknowledge that you will receive no royalties, license fees, or financial payments for the standard publication of your press materials or portfolios.
Can I request the removal of my content later?
Yes. We respect Habeas Data norms and the creator’s right to control their work. You may request the removal of your content at any time by contacting the Press Office. We commit to making reasonable commercial efforts to remove the content from our website within ten (10) business days of a verified request. Note that we cannot control content already indexed by search engines or distributed to third-party platforms.
