Demonical returned unexpectedly with a new EP, ‘Into Victory,’ which includes one original track and a cover of the Ramones’ song, ‘Somebody Put Something In My Drink.’ The EP was released on March 31st via Agonia Records in CD and digital formats.
The latest material introduces a change in the band’s line-up, featuring a new vocalist. Demonical comments, “With the release of ‘Into Victory,’ we are pleased to welcome Charlie Fryksell as our new lead singer. We will continue to forge ahead as an unstoppable force, striving for greater achievements, and this EP is another step on that journey. So, ladies and gentlemen, join us in death!”
‘Into Victory’ builds upon the momentum of ‘Mass Destroyer,’ having been recorded and produced at Glashuset and Sellnoise Studios by Demonical, Jonas Arnberg, and Johan Hjelm. Mixing and mastering were completed by Ronnie Bjornstrom at BLP Studios (Meshuggah, Blood Red Throne), while the cover artwork was crafted by Belial Necroarts.
