Corpus Christii is a Portuguese black metal band formed in 1997 by vocalist and guitarist Alexandre Ribeiro, bassist Nuno Valente, and drummer Miguel Neves in the town of Leiria. Over the years, Corpus Christii underwent several line-up changes and began their career with a series of demos and split releases before releasing their debut album ‘Saeculum Domini’ in 2000.
